The invention provides a humidifying device for oxygen inhalation. The humidifying device for oxygen inhalation comprises a humidifying box, wherein the side wall of an inner cavity of the humidifying box is provided with a maximum water line; the top surface of the humidifying box is provided with a water injection pipe; the top surface of the water injection pipe is provided with a sealing cap; the front side of the humidifying box is provided with an observation window; the two sides of the top surface of the humidifying box are provided with a guide-in pipe and a guide-out pipe; a partition plate is vertically arranged in the humidifying box; the partition plate divides an inner cavity of the humidifying box into a humidifying cavity and an atomizing cavity; a communication opening is reserved between the lower portion of the partition plate and the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the humidifying box; a plurality of guide-out holes are formed in the upper portion of the partition plate; the guide-in
