ADHESIVE COMPOSITION

The present invention provides an optical film with an adhesive layer, which is obtained by superposing an adhesive layer on an optical film, and which exhibits good bleeding resistance if stored for a long period of time. The present invention also provides: an adhesive layer which has good bleeding resistance; and an adhesive composition which is capable of forming the adhesive layer. An adhesive composition which contains (A) a resin, (B) a selective light absorption compound that has a merocyanine structure and a polymerizable group in each molecule, and (D) a photo initiator.
