The invention relates to a method for supplying oxygen into an aeration tank (18a, 18b) of a wastewater treatment system (1). The wastewater treatment system (1 ) comprises: at least one aeration tank (18a, 18b), an ozone generating unit (11) supplied with at least oxygen, and an ozonation tank (12) outputting a vent gas.
