This automatic travel system for a work vehicle has: an automatic travel control unit (46F) which, using a satellite positioning system, causes a work vehicle (V1) to automatically travel in accordance with a target path at a registered work site; and a standby position setting unit (46K) which sets a standby position of the work vehicle (V1).
