The method comprises the following steps: setting a model boundary condition, a structure parameter and a shell side steam pressure initial value; calculating the average specific enthalpy Hs and the average specific volume Vs of the shell side steam space; determining A(p) and B(p) according to P0, and calculating f(p) and P1; judging whether f(p) meets a deviation requirement or not, if not, looking up the table again, and calculating to obtain new shell side steam pressure; and calling a saturated steam meter to obtain saturated steam parameters under the pressure P1, wherein the saturated steam parameters comprise the saturation temperature, the gas phase enthalpy, the liquid phase enthalpy, the gas phase volume and the liquid phase volume.
