The algorithm is mainly characterized in that in a scene 1, when the track of only one plot is associated with one plot, whether the speed of the track plot is ambiguous and whether the speed of one plot is ambiguous need to be considered at the same time, totally four possibilities are considered; in a scene 2, when the track with the trace point number larger than or equal to 2 is associated with one trace point, only whether the one trace point is fuzzy in speed or not is considered, two possibilities are totally considered, after the one trace point is associated with the track, the one trace point is added into an associable trace point queue of the track, and a flag bit of whether the one trace point is fuzzy in speed or not in the queue is modified; when the track is updated, according to the flag bit indicating whether the speed of the one-time t
