An annular cavity is formed between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, a heat insulation support is arranged between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, a plurality of adsorption boxes are arranged in the annular cavity, and vacuum adsorbents are arranged in the adsorption boxes; and a vacuumizing joint, a pressure detection joint and a safety blasting device are arranged on the outer pipe. According to the high-vacuum integral adsorption type heat insulation double-wall pipe, a cavity between the whole double-layer pipeline serves as a whole to be vacuumized, high vacuum of a vacuum cavity can be guaranteed for a long time through the vacuum adsorbents, and frequent vacuumizing is not needed.
