The invention relates to an energy-saving curtain wall. The energy-saving curtain wall comprises an inner wall arranged on a building outer wall body and an outer wall connected to the inner wall; connecting plates are connected to the top and the bottom of the inner wall correspondingly; the top and the bottom of the outer wall are connected to the sides, away from the inner wall, of the two connecting plates correspondingly; a gap exists between the outer wall and the inner wall, and a heat dissipation air duct is formed; the outer wall is of a hollow structure, and a negative pressure cavity is formed in the outer wall; the negative pressure cavity is filled with a liquid medium; a plurality of heat dissipation pipes are connected to the face, facing the inner wall, of the outer wall and communicate with the negative pressure cavity; the ends, away from the outer wall, of the heat dissipation pipes are arranged in a closed mode; the heat dissipation pipes are located in the heat dissipation air duct; and a
