The invention relates to a low-temperature dyeing and finishing process for a hemp gray cotton-containing elastic knitted fabric. The process comprises the following steps of desizing a gray fabric; arranging the desized gray fabric on a roller of a setting machine, and adding a refining agent and a moisture absorption and sweat releasing agent into a water tank of the setting machine, so that the gray fabric is immersed in the refining agent and the moisture absorption and sweat releasing agent in a setting process; making the gray fabric enter a drying box in the setting machine for heating and setting; soaking the gray fabric treated in the third step in a dye vat for dip dyeing and low-temperature deoiling treatment; adding 1.5 G/L of a Ludoff deoiling agent FWK, and operating for 30-60 minutes at the temperature of 60-80 DEG C; putting the dip-dyed gray fabric into the vat, and adding a moisture-absorbing and sweat-releasing finishing agent; and dewatering and arranging the grey fabric subjected to low-t
