Zusammenfassung: | In order to solve the problem that an existing aluminum alloy cannot meet the requirements for mechanical properties and heat dissipation performance at the same time, an aluminum alloy is provided and comprises, by mass, 9%-11% of Si, 0.001%-0.2% of Mg, 0.3%-0.7% of Fe, 0.003%-0.04% of Sr, 0.003%-0.03% of B, 0.001%-0.2% of Zn, 0.001%-0.1% of Cu, 0.001%-0.09% of Mn, less than 0.05% of Cr, 0.002%-0.05% of Ga, 0.001%-0.01% of Mo and the balance aluminum and other elements, and the total amount of the other elements is less than 0.1%. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a preparation method and application of the aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy provided by the invention ensures high thermal conductivity on the premise of not sacrificing the various types of mechanical properties, and meanwhile the aluminum alloy is excellent in flowability, relatively low in process requirement of the materials and good in process adaptability.
