Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of tobacco disease control and particularly relates to a fluorescent quantitative PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) method for detecting a tobacco etch virus. The fluorescent quantitative PCR method comprises the following steps: design and synthesis of primers and probes, extraction and RT-PCR (Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction) of tobacco total RNA (Ribonucleic Acid), target gene identification, preparation of a plasmid standard substance, establishment of a standard curve, sensitivity experiment of fluorescent quantitative PCR and experiment result. According to the method, the defects of a serological detection method and a reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) detection method are made up, the TEV in a low-abundance virus sample can be detected, the sensitivity is relatively high, and the virus sample with relatively low TEV content can be detected; and the whole test operation is simplified, time-saving and labor-saving.
