Method for realizing alkylation of histidine or polypeptide thereof by using microchannel photoreaction technology

The invention discloses a method for alkylating histidine or histidine polypeptide by using a microchannel photoreaction technology. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving histidine or histidine-containing polypeptide in a solvent to obtain a solution serving as reaction liquid I; (2) dissolving an alkylating reagent in a solvent to obtain reaction liquid II; (3) simultaneously pumping the reaction liquid I and the reaction liquid II into a micro-channel reactor in a micro-channel reaction device with a light source for a reaction; and (4) collecting effluent of the micro-channel reactor to complete alkylation of histidine or polypeptide thereof.
