Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an automatic powder blending and conveying system and a powder blending process for flux-cored wire production, the automatic powder blending and conveying system comprises a transportation crown block, a plurality of groups of material blending devices, a stirring unit and a baking unit, each kind of powder corresponds to one group of material blending devices, and the transportation crown block is used for powder transportation between each kind of powder discharging area and the corresponding material blending device; the batching device comprises a screening unit and a weighing unit which are connected in sequence, and the screening unit is connected with the weighing unit through a vacuum suction device; the weighing unit of each batching device is connected with the stirring unit through the corresponding movable material collecting device, and the stirring unit is used for evenly mixing different kinds of medicine powder.
