An emulsifying cosolvent (one or more of span 40, span 60, span 80, Tween 40, Tween 60, Tween 80, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 4000 and propylene glycol), grease (one or more of castor oil, stearic acid and turmeric resin) and water are added into cinnamyl aldehyde essential oil to improve the water solubility and stability of the cinnamyl aldehyde essential oil. The cinnamyl aldehyde essential oil accounts for 15-40 parts by mass, the emulsifying cosolvent (span 40, span 60, span 80, Tween 40, Tween 60, Tween 80, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 4000, propylene glycol and the like) accounts for 30-50 parts by mass, the grease (castor oil, stearic acid, turmeric resin and the like) accounts for 5-10 parts by mass, and the water accounts for 0-20 parts by mass.
