Zusammenfassung: | The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a novel solid electrolyte for synthesizing hydrogen peroxide through electrocatalytic oxygen reduction. The preparation method comprises the following specific steps: pretreating strongly acidic cationic resin, wrapping the resin with nafion, drying, and grinding and doping the resin to obtain the solid electrolyte. According to the invention, through treatment regulation and control of the resin, and through a nafion wrapping and grinding mode, higher coverage rate and proton conductivity are realized, higher current density and hydrogen peroxide generation rate are obtained, and adjustability of hydrogen peroxide concentration is realized.
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型电催化氧还原合成过氧化氢的固体电解质的制备方法。具体步骤包括:对强酸性阳离子树脂的预处理,然后将nafion包裹树脂并烘干以及对树脂进行研磨掺杂,得到固体电解质。本发明通过对树脂的处理调控,通过nafion包裹和研磨的方式,实现更高的覆盖率和质子传导率,得到更高的电流密度以及过氧化氢的生成速率,并实现过氧化氢浓度的可调。 |
