Burns are common important wounds in daily life, about 5000-100000 people in every one million people are burnt every year, according to statistics of World Health Organization, more than 300,000 patients die from burns globally every year, and the treatment survival rate of severe burn patients is still at a lower level. Researches prove that compared with a healthy person (a normal control group), the urine immunoglobulin heavy variable 3-7 and the polypeptide fragment thereof have down-regulated expression in burn patients.
