Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for fixing particles in scanning electron microscope and energy disperse spectroscopy (SEM-EDX) detection. The method comprises the following steps of diluting an acrylic acid adhesive (methyl methacrylate (MMA)) by using acetone, placing a filtering membrane on a filtering membrane bracket for tensioning the filtering membrane (drum type tensioner), guiding the diluted low-viscosity acrylic acid adhesive solution to the lower part of the filtering membrane of the drum type tensioner, enabling particles in the low-viscosity acrylic acid adhesive solution to be grabbed from the lower part by means of the filtering membrane, and enabling the particles on the filtering membrane to be not covered by the formed PolyMMA.
