Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an integral elastic centralizer and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that casting is carried out to obtain an elastic barrel body; a plurality of hollow-out parts are formed in the middle of the barrel body, and the multiple hollow-out parts are separated from one another, so that centralizing strip parts are formed between the adjacent hollow-out parts; the middle of the hollowed-out barrel protrudes outwards in the radial direction and deforms, so that the centralizing strip part forms an arc-shaped outline; and the integral elastic centralizer is not provided with a welding seam or a connecting structure.
