The stacking arrangement mechanism comprises a stacking baffle and a material blocking rod, and the receiving mechanism extends into a stacking groove to receive sheet materials and transfer the sheet materials to the stacked material conveying mechanism; and the stacked material conveying mechanism comprises a first conveying mechanism, a second conveying mechanism and a conveying lifting mechanism. The first conveying mechanism and the second conveying mechanism which are perpendicularly crossed with each other are arranged to be the stacked material conveying mechanism, and after the stacked sheet materials are transferred to the stacked material conveying mechanism, turning and defective product removing can be achieved through the stacked material conveying mechanism, so that the device structure is greatly optimized and simplified, t
