Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an injection mold and a manufacturing method thereof. The injection mold comprises an inner core body and an outer coating body, wherein the inner core body is made of a material with a first heat conductivity coefficient; the outer coating body is made of a material with a second heat conductivity coefficient and coats the outer surface of the inner core body; and the first heat conductivity coefficient is higher than the second heat conductivity coefficient, so that the heat conductivity of the inner core body is better than that of the outer coating body, and the first heat conductivity coefficient is higher than 70W/m.K. According to the injection mold, heat of a hot spot area in the injection mold can be rapidly transferred to the outside through the high-heat-conduction inner core body, and the cooling efficiency of the injection mold is greatly improved.
