The final polycondensation reactor comprises a cylinder body, and a cage frame stirrer and a disc stirrer which are arranged in the cylinder body. The final polycondensation reactor is characterized in that the cage frame stirrer comprises a first disc chuck and a cage frame; the disc stirrer comprises a second disc chuck and a plurality of groups of rings; the first disc chuck and the second disc chuck are oppositely arranged in the cylinder body; a rigid supporting piece is connected between the first disc chuck and the second disc chuck; the cage frame and the plurality of groups of rings are respectively fixed on the rigid supporting piece and rotate along with the rigid supporting piece; and the first disc chuck and/or the second disc chuck are/is connected with a driving device used for driving the disc chucks to rotate.
