The intelligent anti-electromagnetic interference device comprises a carrier module, a power line, a coupling device, a current mutual inductance module, a variable micro-inductance anti-interference module, a ground power supply, an underground power supply and a common zero loop module, wherein the coupling device and the variable micro-inductor anti-interference module are connected in series between the power line and the ground power supply and between the power line and the underground power supply, and the variable micro-inductor anti-interference module can adaptively adjust an inductance value of a variable micro-inductor in real time according to an external line current measured by the current mutual inductance module, so as to avoid interference of higher harmonics in the line on carrier signals; the common-zero-point loop connects negative electrodes of the ground power s
