Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel fluorescent silicon dioxide nanosphere-anthrax antibody conjugate which is of a fluorescent immunochromatography test strip structure marked by fluorescent silicon dioxide nanospheres taking anthrax as an antigen. The test strip is a sandwich-type sandwich immunosensor taking the fluorescent silicon dioxide nanospheres as a signal substance, and comprises an anthrax coated antibody immobilized on a detection line of a nitrocellulose NC membrane, an anthrax labeled antibody labeled by fluorescent silicon dioxide nanospheres, and an anthrax protective antigen PA respectively connected with the anthrax coated antibody and the anthrax labeled antibody through antigen-antibody interaction.
