Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for detecting related substances of 1-chloro-3-methoxypropane. The method comprises the following steps of: dissolving a medicine to be detected by using methanol as a solvent, and detecting the related substances of 1-chloro-3-methoxypropane by using a capillary chromatographic column with 100% polyethylene glycol as a stationary liquid, and detecting the content of related substances such as chloropropane, chloropropanol, 1-chloro-4-methoxybutane, 3-methoxy-1-propanol and the like in the 1-chloro-3-methoxypropane by adopting a gas chromatographic method. The method is high in specificity, low in detection limit and quantification limit, good in linear relation, high in recovery rate, favorable in repeatability, high in stability, good in durability and easy and rapid to operate, and guarantees the synthesis purity and medication safety of prucalopride succinate.
