The method comprises the following concrete steps: 1, building a maneuver kinetic model of a target under a geocentric J2000 inertial system, and adding auxiliary parameters in a state vector; step 2, performing unscented Kalman filtering according to the maneuver kinetic model established in the step 1, and estimating maneuver detection auxiliary parameters; and 3, under the condition that an auxiliary parameter estimation result is obtained in the step 2, judging and detecting a target maneuver according to the characteristics of auxiliary variables.
