Vertebral compression fracture detection method and system

The invention discloses a vertebral compression fracture detection method and system. The method includes the following steps: recombining a plurality of frames of human body transverse section images into a three-dimensional human body image; using a multi-plane reconstruction method to segment the three-dimensional image of the human body into sagittal sections to obtain at least one frame of sagittal section images of the human body; using a classification screening method to determine whether the human body sagittal section image is an image of the middle segment of the vertebral body; using a vertebral body detection method, detecting each vertebral body from the human sagittal section image that is judged to be the image of the middle segment of the vertebral body; using a vertebral body labeling method, marking the vertebral body feature points of the vertebral bodies that have been depicted in the human sagittal section image; accessing degree of compression fracture of each vertebral body in the huma
