The trademark identification method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first pattern feature vector and a first character string of a target trademark; calculating a first similarity between the first pattern feature vector and a plurality of second pattern feature vectors of a plurality of sample trademarks, and a second similarity between the first character string and a plurality of second character strings of the sample trademarks; and determining a matching result of the target trademark and the plurality of sample trademarks according to the first similarity and the second similarity.
