Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fluorescence differential rapid detection method based on magnetic nanoparticles. The detection method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparing manganese ferrite magnetic nanoparticles (MNP) with monodispersity and stability by using a double-solvent method and surface modification; (2) covalently or non-covalently binding the modified MNP with a ligand A; (3) preparing a fluorescently-labeled ligand B, and forming an MNP-ligand A-target object-fluorescently-labeled ligand B trimeric compound when the fluorescently-labeled ligand B, an MNP-ligand A compound and a target object are in the same reaction system; and (4) applying a magnetic field to remove the trimeric compound, exciting fluorescence by using light with a specific wavelength, detecting the fluorescence intensity before and after the trimeric compound is removed in the reaction system, and monotonically calibrating the concentration of the target object by using the difference value of the fluorescence intensity.
