Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the technical field of heat exchangers, in particular to a sewage treatment heat exchanger which comprises a supporting frame and a base plate used for fixing the supporting frame. The sewage treatment heat exchanger further comprises a turnover mechanism which is connected with the supporting frame. The turnover mechanism comprises a heat exchange cylinder and a driving assembly, the two sides of the heat exchange cylinder are rotationally connected with the supporting frame, and the driving assembly is located on the supporting frame and further connected with the heat exchange cylinder. A cleaning mechanism is further included and is located in the heat exchange cylinder. The cleaning mechanism comprises a rotary heating assembly and a flushing assembly. The rotary heating assembly comprises two sets of supporting plates and a rotary pipe, and the two sets of supporting plates and the rotary pipe are both connected with the flushing assembly.
