Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a water electrolysis device for producing hydrogen and oxygen through separation by using a bipolar capacitor to replace an ion diaphragm. The device comprises a constant-current voltage-stabilized power supply, an electrolytic bath and a bipolar capacitor polar plate; the bipolar capacitor polar plate, replacing the ion diaphragm,is vertically arranged in the middle of the electrolytic bath; electrolyte in the electrolytic bath is completely separated into two parts, and a hydrogen evolution cathode chamber and an oxygen evolution anode chamber are formed; a hydrogen production electrode and an oxygen production electrode are respectively arranged in the hydrogen evolution cathode chamber and the oxygen evolution anode chamber; and the constant-current stabilized power supply is connected to the hydrogen production electrode and the oxygen production electrode in the electrolytic bath.
