Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of PVC adhesive tapes, and particularly relates to a water-based PVC primer agent and a preparation method thereof. The water-based PVC primer agent comprises latex and acrylic resin cross-linked with the latex, wherein the acrylic resin is formed by emulsion polymerization of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, hydroxyethyl ester and methacrylic acid in water, and the solid content of the acrylic resin is 45-50%. The water-based PVC primer agent provided by the invention has the characteristic that tackifying effect does not lose efficacy at high temperature. 本发明属于PVC胶粘带技术领域，特别涉及PVC水性底涂剂及其制备方法，包括乳胶和与所述乳胶相互交联的丙烯酸树脂，所述丙烯酸树脂由丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、羟乙酯以及甲基丙烯酸在水中乳液聚合而成，所述丙烯酸树脂的固体含量为45～50％。本发明所提供的底涂剂具有在高温下增粘效果不失效的特点。
