The invention also provides a resin-based composite material. The resin-based composite material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 20-60 parts of polymer resin, 20-58 parts of reinforced fibers, 1.5-4 parts of a low-shrinkage additive, 1-4 parts of a polytetrabromobisphenol A phosphazene flame retardant, 0.5-1.5 parts of an internal release agent, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant and 2-6 parts of an initiator.
