The Hydrophilic polyurethane microporous elastomer composition comprises a component A and a component B. The component A and the component B are mixed according to the chain extension coefficient of 95-110%. The component A comprises the following raw materials by weight: 100 parts of isocyanate; and 72 to 400 parts of block polyether polyol.
