The invention discloses an automatic welding machine for an outer circle of heat conducting plates in a heat exchanger. The automatic welding machine comprises a rack, a rotating mechanism installed on the rack and used for positioning the plurality of heat conducting plates and driving the heat conducting plates to rotate, a bearing mechanism arranged beside the rotating mechanism and used for supporting the heat conducting plates, an automatic welding mechanism arranged beside the rotating mechanism and used for welding the heat conducting plates, and an XYZ three-axis moving module mounted on the rack and used for driving the automatic welding mechanism to move. The rotating mechanism comprises a clamp assembly for mounting and positioning the plurality of heat conducting plates, and a rotating table and a movable clamping table which are arranged at the two ends of the bearing mechanism and are used for clamping and driving the clamp assembly to drive the heat conducting plates to rotate; and the clamp as
