The invention provides a table tennis ball serving device, and relates to the technical field of sports goods. The table tennis serving device comprises a ball storage bin, a serving assembly, a rotating assembly and a supporting assembly. The ball storage bin is used to hold table tennis balls; the serving assembly comprises a shell, a conveying pipe arranged in the shell and a ball outlet pipe hinged to the conveying pipe. A conveying wheel used for driving table tennis balls to be conveyed along a conveying path is arranged in the conveying pipe; one end of the ball outlet pipe is hinged to the tail end of the conveying pipe, and the other end of the ball outlet pipe is exposed out of the shell and is driven by a swing part arranged on the shell to swing; the rotating assembly is arranged at the bottom of the shell and used for driving the shell to rotate. The supporting assembly is provided with a fixed adjusting part used for being fixed to a table tennis table, a vertical adjusting part used for adjusti
