The percutaneous nephroscope puncture sheath comprises a sheath tube, a grip, a liquid tube, a flushing suction pump, a flushing fluid bag, a controller, a transmission line and a piezoelectric film sensor. The piezoelectric film sensor is arranged in an interlayer of a sheath body of the puncture sheath, and is used for monitoring intrarenal pressure, a monitoring result is fed back to a controller in real time, the controller controls work of a negative pressure suction pump, and the intrarenal pressure is maintained within a standard range by pumping out water in the kidney, reducing the intrarenal pressure or injecting water into the kidney.
