The fixation device comprises an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder, circular openings are formed in the two ends of the outer cylinder, a feeding pipe is arranged at one end of the inner cylinder, a discharging pipe is arranged at the other end of the inner cylinder, a spiral blade is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the inner cylinder, a driving assembly and an auxiliary assembly are arranged between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, a supporting frame is arranged at the top of the outer cylinder, a supporting rod is arranged on the supporting frame, a fixing ring is arranged on the outer surface of the end, extending into the inner cylinder, of the supporting rod in a sleeving mode, a heating pipe is arranged on the outer surface of the fixing ring in a surrounding mode, and the feeding pipe and the discharging pipe are each provided with a rotating assembly. The fixation device improves the working efficiency of tea leaf fixati
