Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for biological preservation of figs. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, paving a layer of sponge in a packaging box and paving a piece of biological preservation test paper on the sponge; step 2, placing figs sleeved with paper trays on the biological preservation test paper placed in step 1; step 3, placing the biological preservation test paper to cover the figs sleeved with the paper trays; and step 4, covering the biological preservation test paper placed in step 3 with a layer of sponge; covering a moisturizing piece on the sponge; and wherein the biological preservation test paper is oppositely arranged up and down in step 1 and step 3 and sprayed with a sterile water diluent of a fresh ginger ethanol extract; and the fresh ginger ethanol extract is diffused and distributed among the figs.
