The invention discloses an intelligent circuit breaker which comprises a circuit breaker body and a circuit structure. The circuit breaker body comprises a conductor, a contact system and an opening and closing mechanism; and the circuit structure comprises a main processing unit, an auxiliary power supply, a current sampling unit, a current transformer, a current increment circuit, an auxiliary power supply input and output end and a voltage sampling unit. One end of the current increment circuit is connected with an output loop, and the other end is connected with a zero line of the circuit breaker; the input end of the auxiliary power supply is connected to a power side phase line and a zero line of the circuit breaker to form an input loop, and the output end of the auxiliary power supply is connected to a load side phase line and a zero line of the circuit breaker to form an output loop.
