Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a novel high-integration W/V wave band front end. The novel high-integration W/V wave band front end comprises an integrated feed network based on multiple layers of media, an array antenna and a TR assembly with airtight characteristics. An antenna unit of the array antenna comprises two blind cavities which are formed in a multi-layer dielectric substrate and are isolated by a metal layer, and metal holes are formed in the peripheries of the blind cavities; the feed network is connected with the antenna unit and the TR assembly.
