In a specific embodiment, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a driving polarity accumulated value of a display from a starting moment of current display to a current moment every N frames of pictures; judging whether the driving polarity accumulated value is positive or negative; if the driving polarity accumulated value is positive, driving and displaying N frames of pictures to be displayed by utilizing negative polarity voltage; and if the driving polarity accumulated value is a negative value, driving and displaying N frames of pictures to be displayed by using positive polarity voltage.
