The method comprises the steps of sleeving a crimping spiral tube, a crimping supporting piece and a crimping sleeve at the tail end of an optical cable with an exposed optical fiber; injecting thermosetting resin glue into an optical fiber access port, penetrating the exposed optical fiber into the optical fiber access port, and then performing curing treatment; and crimping the crimping spiral tube, the crimping supporting piece, the crimping sleeve and a connector to form a remote assembly. According to the invention, crimping is used for replacing glue filling and sealing to realize fixation at the optical cable branching part, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the problems of glue waste and pollution are solved.
