The micro-water measuring method comprises the following steps: calculating concentration information of measured gas and calculating a network sample data residual error. The invention further provides a micro-water measuring device based on the TDLAS technology; when micro-water is detected through a TDLAS experimental platform, due to the fact that a light path is exposed in the air, water molecules in the air certainly interfere with the detection result of the experiment, and secondly, the background gas such as nitrogen also contains trace water molecules, and the detection precision can be affected by all of them.
