The invention relates to a tail gas treatment system and a filtering device thereof. The filtering device comprises a hollow shell, a filter element and an elastic assembly, wherein the filter element is arranged in the shell and is provided with a filtering cavity; the elastic assembly comprises a first elastic piece and a second elastic piece; the first elastic piece is arranged in the shell and is positioned between the outer wall of the filter element and the inner wall of the shell; and the second elastic piece is accommodated in the filtering cavity.
