The invention discloses a method for recovering residual ores in a mine goaf. The method comprises the following steps of dividing 3-6 continuous stopes (2) and a panel middle column (3) in a panel (1), arranging a panel top column (4) and a panel bottom column (5) in the vertical direction, enabling ores (7) in the panel stopes (2) to fall into a stope trench (11) through blasting, loading the ores in an ore removal access road (12) by a carry-scraper through an ore removal roadway (10), transporting the ores to a vein-following roadway (8), and unloading the ores into a draw shaft (14). After stoping and ore extraction are completed, tailings are filled into the goaf through a filling roadway (15), and a panel filling body (6) is formed. After filling of the panel stopes (2) is completed, the adjacent panel stopes (2) are stoped, and the formed goaf is subjected to subsequent filling.
