Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a heat-resistant aluminum-based composite material. The heat-resistant aluminum-based composite material comprises the following elements in percentages by mass: 7-11% of Al3Zr, 4-8% of Cu, 1-3% of Ni, 0.3-0.7% of V and the balance of Al. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the material. The aluminum-based composite material provided by the invention has very good high-temperature mechanical properties; and compared with an existing heat-resistant aluminum alloy material, the aluminum-based composite material has higher tensile strength under the high-temperature condition of 350 DEG C, and is very suitable for the requirements of heat-resistant components in the fields of automobiles, weapons, aviation, aerospace, ships and the like. The preparation process of the aluminum-based composite material is simple, the preparation process time is short, the process is reliable, the production cost is greatly saved, and large-scale industrial production is easy.
