The preparation method comprises the following steps of weighing 15% by mole of SiO2, 5% by mole of Al2O3, 33.9% by mole of B2O3, 4% by mole of ZnO, 10% by mole of SrCO3, 30% by mole of GeO2, 2% by mole of AgCl and 0.1% by mole of Cu2O into an agate mortar, grinding and uniformly mixing, heating to 1300 DEG C in an air atmosphere, sintering for 25 minutes to obtain glass without a color change effect, annealing the glass at 600 DEG C for 1-2 hours, cooling to room temperature along with a furnace, grinding into powder, and acquiring the glass powder with the photochromic effect.
