The full-automatic bag sealing machine comprises a machine base, a conveying device, a supporting lifting device, clamping mechanisms and a sealing device; the clamping mechanisms comprise clamping base plates, clamping air cylinders, dovetail block guide rails, dovetail groove rails, supporting frame plates, clamping rods and cylindrical clamping bodies arranged on the clamping rods; the sealing device comprises a supporting seat plate, two air cylinders, two heating bodies, heating frames, a transverse guide frame rod and longitudinal seat plates, a guide seat plate is fixed to the lower surface of a rack plate, and a driving device is fixed to the machine base; and the clamping mechanisms are connected with guide supporting rods on the upper portion of the guide seat plate, the two clamping mechanisms are oppositely arranged, and the supporting seat plate of the sealing device is connected with the guide supporting rods on the upper portions of
