The automatic spring assembling and forming device comprises a box body, a discharging mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a servo spring curling device, a bending mechanism, a rotating mechanism and a vibration disc, the discharging mechanism is fixedly connected to the right side of the top of the box body, the feeding mechanism is mounted at the left end of the discharging mechanism, the servo spring curling device is fixedly connected to the left rear side of the top of the box body, the bending mechanism is mounted at the front end of the servo spring curling device, the rotating mechanism is fixedly connected to the left front side of the top of the box body, the vibration disc is located on the left side of the box body, and a material taking mechanism is mounted at the connecting end of the rotating mechanism. The automatic spring assembling and forming device is reasonable in struct
