Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a glyceride-based lipid nanoparticle preparation as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The lipid nanoparticle preparation comprises lipid nanoparticles formed by encapsulating at least one nucleic acid molecule by the unloaded nano-lipid disclosed by the invention. The unloaded nano-lipid is selected from any one of the following components that 1) the unloaded nano-lipid is composed of cationic lipid and glyceride, wherein the molar ratio of the cationic lipid to the glyceride is (1: 10)-(10: 1); and 2) the unloaded nano-lipid is composed of cationic lipid, glyceride and cholesterol, wherein the molar ratio range of the cationic lipid to the glyceride is (4-7): (1-3), and the molar ratio range of the cationic lipid to the cholesterol is (1-2): (2-1). Compared with the prior art, the expression level and the targeting capability of mRNA in vivo can be remarkably improved, so that a more effective immunotherapy effect is generated. 本发明公开了基于甘油酯的脂质纳米颗粒制剂及其制备方法和应用。一种脂质纳米
